In fact, I’ve even done it over text messages! And for certain cases, like helping someone sleep better, I often create custom audio recordings that can be reused repeatedly for ongoing benefits.
One memorable example? I helped someone achieve lasting change in just 10 minutes during a dust storm in the middle of the night at Burning Man. The setting may have been unconventional, but the results were undeniable.
In-person sessions have their perks. They offer privacy and the potential for physical touch, like a reassuring hand on the shoulder. I can also pick up subtle physical indicators such as changes in skin tone, lip fullness, breathing patterns, and microexpressions in both the face and body. These cues provide valuable insight that can enhance the experience and results.
Despite the differences, working over Zoom is remarkably effective. It’s incredibly convenient—you can jump into a session from the comfort of your home, half-dressed, if you like! With the power of imagination and deep trance techniques, every phenomenon achievable in person is also possible online. The flexibility of this format ensures that geography and logistics are never barriers to transformation.
Unlike many practitioners who limit themselves to a single format, I’ve gained experience in virtually every way possible—text, phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings. Each approach has its strengths, and the choice ultimately depends on what works best for you.
